Why frontline safety has to come before deployment
Deployability is not just availability. It starts with safety judgment, identity, and a credential trail that survives the shift.
A security team can have enough people on a roster and still be underprepared. The difference is whether each person understands scene safety, escalation thresholds, and what must be recorded before an incident becomes a dispute.
